Lifetime of studies in the Art of Taxidermy

Machinist

Starting as young boy in his parent's basement, Bill began developing his interest in taxidermy using a mail order program.  His mounts consisted of squirels, birds and coyotes.

When he bought a house with a basement, he expanded his challenge to creating fish replicas.  He still has many of those original reproductions proudly displayed in his shop and home.

Twenty years ago, he moved the family to a farm in Wainfleet, ON where he was able to expand into a shop and really allow his talent to emerge.  The farm provided good bow hunting territory also. Bill and his son Steven now had the opportunity to create and display their white tail trophies.  Once local friends were exposed to Bill's skillful results, he got the priviledge of turning out trophy mounts for them as well.

Word-of-mouth has been his main promotional means, as Bill is still in full-time employment.  But...one day he will retire and there will be no limit to the time he will have to further develop his talent.
